Ghost of Seattle Half Marathon, Marathon and 50K NWUltras annual club run.
THE 2017 GHOST OF SEATTLE MARATHON WILL BE HELD ON Saturday November 25th 2017.
NW Ultras a 5013C Non-Profit running club that puts on one private club run per year. We feed the less fortunate at the Seattle Outdoor Meal Site each month.
Packet pickup is Day Of Race only.
Due to emergency information and planning we do not allow transfers deferrals or refunds.
By donating to our event you will receive a high quality long sleeve hoodie sweatshirt, prizes awarded to the top male and female in each event, great finisher medals and excellent aid / finish recovery areas.
We encourage everyone to bring a blanket to donate at the event. We will donate new and lightly used small and large blankets to the Seattle Humane Society and to the Seattle Outdoor Meal Site.
Due to the sidewalk nature of the event we unfortunately cannot accept wheel chairs, dogs or strollers at the event.
Race is USTAF certified and a Boston Marathon qualifier.
There will be 5 porta potties at the start/finish and one at the Leschi aid station.
The Seattle Ghost Marathon races include 13.1 half, 26.2 full and 50K options.
The run starts from tiny Ferdinand Street Boat Launch north of Seward Park (not in Seward Park) in Seattle.
Runners must park in the neighborhoods off S Ferdinand St and walk a few blocks.
Saturday November 25th 2017
6am = 50K start and early marathon. No early half runners.
7am = Marathon start
8am = Half marathon start
The early start is for 50K and marathon runners planning on taking more than 6 hours.
The course, aid stations and finish recovery area will shut down at 2:00 pm so please plan accordingly.
Overall winners will only be from those that start at the designated race time.

Plain 100 mile and 100 K
Forest service trails and roads in the Cascade mountains in the Lake Wenatchee, Entiat, and Chelan ranger districts. There are 75 miles of trail and 25 miles of forest service roads, all remote. Elevation gain and loss of 21,000 feet. Train for a fairly steep and difficult course with great scenery.
